Why career assessment?

At the start of the career assessment usually the desire or necessity of switching from a position is present. This form of assessment is intended for employees who want to investigate new possible roles or positions. Which qualities and talents are present? What requires attention to be able to make a fruitful next career step? In what direction can the career best be continued?

Approach career assessment

Based on the career question at hand a tailored progamme is composed for the day of assessment.

During this day, AC&T investigates various capacities, as well as where interests lie. Through in-depth discussions, simulation exercises, and tests aimed at taking stock of interests, motivations, and abilities the participant achieves a concrete advice on suitable job sectors or courses.

To be able to offer this insight, a career assessment is more than just the day of assessment. Besides a preliminary meeting and a debriefing, to conclude frequently a trilogue takes place about how the advice and the further development of the employee can be put into practice.
