A prerequisite for an organisation’s success is an optimal usage of the potential of existing individual competencies.  This also increases the organisation’s competencies in light of its environment’s demands.

AC&T Consulting aims to enhance the performance of individuals and teams within organisations by realizing individual as well as corporate goals. We make use of assessment centres to determine competencies, we apply personal coaching to develop competencies and train teams in order to improve insight and understanding of competencies.
