AC&T uses two assessment types. In both types the participant’s potential and development ability are central issues. |
Development assessment | ||
In a dialogue with participant and client, the assessment-goal is being determined. The emphasis in this case is the development-potential of the participant, on a long- and short-term. In concrete meaning: AC&T gives insight into a function-area suited for the participant’s personal strengths and weaknesses, a suitable working-environment and which coaching style would be most effective. |
Selection assessment | ||
Next to above insights, AC&T gives concrete advice on how a participant fits a defined function. |
