AC&T Consulting offers a compehensive 360 degrees feedback. Whereas traditional appraisal systems focus on feedback by one person (for example a supervisor), our 360  feedback system provides feedback by using acquaintances of the person in question. This person, who is provided with the feedback, will be required to complete a self-rating questionnaire. He or she receives feedback from a range of people, This is combined with the self-rating.


This feedback increases individual self-awareness and can promote:
