Personal Coaching

In Personal Coaching an AC&T coach supports the participant in coping more effectively with particular situations or tasks. Coaching provides an insight into the own performance, effective behaviour and learning interaction patterns.

The specific objective of coaching is:

  • Building awareness on personal behaviour and their impact to others,
  • Acquiring personal accountability,
  • Boosting initiative, impact and added value,
  • Gaining new experiences,
  • Gaining awareness of underlying patterns.
